Government funding is not sufficient to cover the full costs of providing TACID's disability programs and to run the TACID Center. We therefore need to involve individuals and organizations who support our mission to promote the independence of individuals with disabilities to support this important cause by making gifts.
You can also help TACID by attending our High Tea, or Annual Breakfast in September or any other of our fundraisers.
Our nearly four dozen support groups help people in our community suffering from domestic violence to brain injuries. Our housing program helps disabled people maintain an apartment they can call home. Our Independent Living program helps older people stay in their homes longer than many people think possible. We can help so many people, but we need your support.
For 2009 our goal is to raise $45,000 through donations to support our disability programs. TACID is a 501© 3 non profit corporation. The federal tax ID # is 91-1125538.
